We at Stephanie Odegard Co. Ltd. value your satisfaction and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 10-day return policy for most items from the date of delivery. Please note that customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns, and any returns for such items will be at the discretion of the seller.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@sodegardglobal.com, and we will provide you with the necessary instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please note that the RAN is valid for 10 days only, and all returns must be initiated within this timeframe.

Return Shipping Fee: Buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges, and we will not reimburse the original shipping cost. A restocking fee of 25% of the item price applies to all returns.

Cancellation Charge: A cancellation charge of 25% will apply for all canceled orders. If the production has already started, the cancellation charge will increase to 50%.

Condition of Returned Items: All items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all tags and packaging intact. Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts will not be eligible for a refund.

Insurance Coverage: To ensure proper insurance coverage, all return shipments must go through us.

Customs Duties and Taxes: Please note that any international customs duties and taxes paid on the original purchase will not be refunded.

Refund Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and for the amount to appear in your account.
